I like to cancel that prder but it's not possible

Food is always fantastic, but the service is always chaotic with ppl waiting about upset, can be a bit of a lottery as to whether u get ur food or not

Got the order wrong. Service very slow, staff uninterested. Food was ok but did not match the hype on socials. Suppose one good video has pulled them plenty of custom.

Unorganised and too much waiting around especially after I placed the order online then collected. Uber and just eat drivers coming in after me then being given food first while i still wait. They’re definitely out their depth with this one. Maybe stock to the original concept because that worked.

Good was fresh and tasty

After looking forward to trying this place for a while, I was very disappointed the food was cold as soon as I picked it up, the presentation was poor and the chicken was very discoloured and the lamb was just fatty not eatable all the food went in the bin, would not recommend.

Ordered online for collection, paid cash, was ready a few mins early and was as delicious as ever, will be back... regularly :)

Ordered on website for collection. Paid in advance . Arrived for pick up . Told I was at the wrong place . Tried again . Told right place but no order received. Asked to provide bank info to show payment made . Asked what order was for. Told system for on line just being set up . Left with food . Checked it . Parts of order missing . Returned . Now told don’t do take out and web ordering should be turned off . Told sesame nan bread which I’d paid for not on menu . Received missing rice plus a flat bread and chips I didn’t order or want ( as an apology) Left restaurant again . Now 35mins after first arrival . When home realised bbq sauce x2 not in order and lamb tikka kebabs were only 3 pieces of actual lamb and one skewer of minced lamb . This is the most shambolic collection and the worst take out food and experience I have ever had . I would not recommend this restaurant .
